Pakistan’s tallest building, Ocean Tower was formerly known as Sofitel Hotel Plaza or The Mall. It is located near the Karachi’s sea-side area Clifton. Soon after when Sofitel abandoned the decision of building a lavish hotel on the site due to security reasons, Siddiqson Group and Triple Tree Associates took ownership of the under-construction building and completed it in 2012. The net worth of the skyscraper is estimated to be PKR 7 billion.
2.MCB tower, Karachi
MCB Tower is situated in Karachi, which is significant for being the headquarters of MCB Bank Limited. It is the second tallest building in Pakistan with a height of about 116 m that came into being in 2005. The tower contains about 29 floors and 3 basement floors.
3.Centaurus Tower, Islamabad
The most celebrated Centaurus Tower is designed by British architectural firm W.S Atkins. It is the tallest skyscraper of the capital that comprises of three enormous towers, containing corporate offices, residential apartments and a 5-star hotel. The alluring interior design of the Residence and Mall has been designed by ODEION-Turkey. The Centaurus mall is truly a modern milestone with a net worth of about $350 million USD.
4.Center Point Tower, Karachi
The newly evolved Centre Point Tower also known as ‘Trakker Tower’ is one of the tallest buildings in Karachi, located at Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway Korangi. The Building is meant for commercial space with a height of 108 meters including the communication tower. It contains 27 floors that are endued with high tech facilities. It gives a picturesque glimpse when gets illuminated in the eve.
5.Telecom Tower, Islamabad
Telecom Tower Islamabad was built in 2011 by Pakistan Telecommunication Trust in the Blue Area of Islamabad. The magnificent 113 m high office building was designed by Nespak. It consists of 24 floors and 4 basement levels.

Named after the world’s youngest Microsoft Certified Professional Arfa Karim the Arfa Software Technology Park is an information technology park located in Lahore. It was built in 2009 and recognized as the most eminent and advanced IT Park. It contains 17 floors with a height of 106 m.
8.One constitution avenue, Islamabad
One Constitution Avenue is located in the city of Islamabad, with a height of 105 m and 26 floors.
9.Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi
Situated at the Coastal Line of Karachi Dolmen Mall is one of the largest development projects in the county that is operated by Dolmen Group. It is designed by the leading Pakistani architectural firm Arshad Shahid Abdulla. The mall consists of four towers with local offices and mall. Some of its parts are still under constructions that are supposed to become operational soon.
